Members with a Pendant benefit are referred to in-network practices. When someone decides where to start treatment, they are connected to in-network practices in their area. Members can see your practice, including your locations, physicians, specialties, and availability. Being in-network puts you in front of patients when they're choosing.

That's what we're built for. A referral only matters if treatment actually happens, and cost is the most common reason it doesn't. In one survey, 86% of fertility patients said they had skipped, or would consider skipping, a treatment their doctor recommended because of cost. All Pendant Network Practices report to SART, and we evaluate live birth rates, embryology, and lab standards such as CAP accreditation. We review these annually and share the results with you, so we improve together. We also ensure that clinics have a strong reputation for member experience and that the clinic is willing to share outcome data.

Two ways. Our member team handles the benefit conversation with members: what their benefit covers, what it doesn't, and what they'll owe. Your front desk can route benefit and cost questions to us instead of interpreting another plan document. And the Pendant Provider Portal keeps eligibility, benefits, authorizations, claim submission, payment status, and provider support in one place. Your staff can see where a claim stands without calling anyone, saving time spent chasing answers across phone trees and inboxes.
